TIPS & TRICKS: Serial Number management

With a basic license (365) of Components Engine, it is possible to activate the basic Serial Number and handle it from the Editor. This feature allows filtering the entire spare parts catalog by serial number so that when end customers navigate the portal, only the valid exploded drawings for the entered serial number are displayed. The serial number becomes a search filter that can filter the index elements and/or the codes in the Relationship Table.
