Excelsa Romagna Award

 

 

More than just a prize, the Excelsa Romagna Award is a cultural initiative that for over a decade has been recognizing companies that drive innovation, create high-quality jobs and promote collective well-being.
Organized by Confindustria Romagna with the support of the Emilia-Romagna Region, the award is given every two years to outstanding businesses across categories such as innovation, sustainability, communication, internationalization, workplace safety and human resources.

 

The 2025 award ceremony took place in Milano Marittima, at the MarePineta Resort, with Confindustria Romagna President Mario Riciputi and Regional Vice President Vincenzo Colla in attendance.
During the evening, several outstanding businesses from Ravenna, Forlì-Cesena and Rimini were honored, showcasing the vitality of a region that continues to believe in quality and the value of human capital.

 

“Excelsa captures the spirit of a Romagna that is constantly innovating and evolving,” said President Riciputi. “These are forward-looking companies that never lose sight of the importance of work and of people.”

These are the qualities that earned Components Engine one of the top honors at the 2025 Excelsa Romagna Award, the biennial award Confindustria Romagna presents to the territory’s most outstanding companies.

 

The official citation states: “For its strong commitment to research and development, its high number of employed graduates and its ability to leverage modern IT technologies in the sale of spare parts components.”

 

A recognition that highlights Components Engine’s skill in blending technical competence with strategic insight, transforming digitalization into a clear competitive edge.

 

 

Founded and developed in Romagna, Components Engine has established itself in the digital solutions sector for after-sales and spare parts management.
The company stands out for the high level of specialization of its team, largely made up of young graduates and for its constant investment in research and development aimed at improving the sales and after-sales support experience for its customers worldwide.
