The main features of the platform:
Through seamless integration between SAP and Components Engine, the platform provides end users with up-to-date real-time information on spare parts availability and pricing. This integration prevents errors caused by outdated data and significantly improves the reliability of the ordering process.
Additionally, a feature has been implemented that prevents order processing if even a single item in the cart is unavailable in SAP. In such cases, the user is notified and can complete the purchase only after removing the unavailable items, preventing errors or discrepancies in inventory management. Thanks to this digital solution, Agromehanika has enhanced the efficiency of its after-sales service, significantly improving the customer experience during spare parts search and purchase.
