Industrias Guerra, a leading Spanish manufacturer and marketer of hydraulic and forestry cranes, wanted to offer its customers a smoother and more convenient user experience when consulting and purchasing spare parts for their equipment.

 

To this end, Hacce Soluciones TIC SL and Components Engine developed a system that integrates Industrias Guerra's online spare parts catalogue with a reserved area of the website, where customers can access customised information on products, services, guarantees, etc. In this way, customers can view interactive crane exploded views and select the spare parts they need with a simple click.

 

Integration between the reserved area and the online spare parts catalogue has been achieved with a Single Sign On (SSO) system, whereby customers only need to enter their credentials once to access both services. This avoids having to log in again each time they switch from the reserved area to the online spare parts catalogue or vice versa.

 

In addition, the Single Sign On system allows the customer's data to be automatically transferred to the online spare parts catalogue order form, speeding up the purchasing process and avoiding possible errors or duplications.
