Components Engine at COMtecnica Conference!

Mario Mecca, our Sales Director, was one of the speakers at the COMtecnica Conference 2022 on Thursday 16th June, presenting our Customized solutions for the after-sales service.
COMtecnica Conference is organized by COM&TEC, the professional association of reference for all Technical Communication operators.
 
Our talk focused on the new strategies that can be adopted to significantly improve after-sales service for manufacturing companies by simplifying service management processes and increasing profitability.
 
Participating is always a pleasure for us and coming back after several years to speak in front of such an involved and engaged audience was certainly exciting.
