Rheem Australia
Rheem Australia is the market leader in the design and manufacture of a full range of water heating products that utilise gas, electric, solar and refrigeration technologies. This leadership has made Rheem Australia the country's largest high volume appliance manufacturer with 8 large independent factories in Australia, NZ and China. Over 700 people are engaged directly in the Australian sites.

Rheem Australia has integrated the interactive parts catalogue created with Components Engine into the company’s e-Commerce.

As one of the largest manufacturers of water heating products and other equipments for the production of hot water, the company was after a solution to immediately respond to client’s parts requests.
For this reason Rheem Australia has chosen Components Engine to create its up-to-date interactive parts catalogue available 24/7.
The Editor of Components Engine enables Rheem Australia to convert the assemblies of its products into interactive drawings so the customers can click on the items, view the parts details (code, description, price) and add them to the shopping cart.

Thanks to the integration with Rheem’s e-Commerce, catalogue users can select a spare part from the online parts catalogue and add it automatically to the e-Commerce shopping cart.
