In addition, catalogue users can access to the Order History Area to check the orders status, view past orders details, add past orders items to the cart to reorder them and download invoices.
Before the order check-out, Combilift’s clients can manually add items to populate the shopping cart by using the appropriate textbox or by uploading a text file containing a list of part numbers.
The interactive parts catalogue is fully integrated with the ERP software to handle parts stock information in real time.
Combilift has various global parts distribution centres located in strategic areas to better serve its customers. Thanks to a specific Components Engine feature, Combilift’s clients can send the orders directly to the agent that covers their geographical area.
A copy of all orders will be sent to Combilift’s headquarters in Ireland so the company can always get an overview of the orders placed with the online parts catalogue and drastically minimize the machines downtime
