The catalog creation has been divided in 2 different phases. The first stage of the project focused on uploading exploded views and parts lists into Components Engine and during this phase the software control tools have been extremely useful to highlight data discrepancy and allowed Alpego's technicians to make the necessary corrections in a very short time.
During the second phase, thanks to the wide experience gained by Components Engine in the agricultural machines industry, the advanced serial number management has been implemented. Through automatic procedures launched at regular time intervals, the parts catalog automatically activate all the serial numbers produced daily in order to enable catalogue users to introduce a serial number and see only the information of the product they have acquired.
