Components Engine is a state-of-the-art system to sell parts over the web and maximize profits by drastically reducing the possibility to select the wrong spare part. Order parts on the web has never been easier. In a few simple steps catalog users can add parts to the shopping cart, fill-in the order form and send an order and/or a request for a quotation. Once the order has been checked-out, an order confirmation e-mail containing the user’s details and the list of requested items will be sent to the user that has placed the order and to the company’s after-sales department. A file with the order details will be attached to the order confirmation e-mail. The order file can be generated in text, pdf, csv or any other file format required by your ERP software
Components Engine has also a Back-office software used by our customers to manage parts ordering information and view catalog statistics such as the most requested items or the most frequent parts catalog visitors.
