3D parts catalogues
Components Engine is a software solution for creating 3D parts catalogues.
3D parts catalogues are simple, intuitive and interactive: search for the product by serial number, look for the parts by using the code and the description and add the items to the cart in a few, simple steps.
3D parts catalogues are the new frontier in the management of spare parts. In addition to the traditional benefits associated with an interactive parts catalogue, 3D parts catalogue allows your maintenance people to easily identify the parts required to repair the product and get information on how they must be mounted.
Besides the use of 3D files to create the parts catalogues enables you to save time as the generation of exploded drawings is no longer required.
Thanks to a very user-friendly interface, catalogue users are able to easily select the product they have purchased and order the required parts from the 3D drawing or from the parts list.

In addition to the functionalities available for 2D parts catalogues, 3D catalogues offer:
  • Parts identification by using the capabilities of 3D drawings: rotation, zoom-in, explosion of 3D models in order to select the right parts, add them to the cart and send an order or a request for a quotation via e-mail;
  • 3D catalogue access for a complete interactive experience from any browser as 3D parts catalogues created with the Components Engine software can be viewed with any browser and from any mobile device either via web (no plug-in is required) and/or through the CEApp;
  • Drastic reduction in creating the spare parts catalogues by using 3D files. The generation of exploded views and the process to add item numbers to the drawings are no longer required.
