· The after-sales service personnel may see all the documents and drawings relating to all machinery. · The prices of the spare parts or the additional costs such as delivery, taxes or other, may be managed by the catalogue creator and personalised according to the client who is about to place the order
. Discounts or additional costs may therefore be added to the price already present.
