This add-in allows to users who consult the spare parts catalogue to ask for technical assistance and maintenance operations.
This module allows to manage the master data of any kind of damage. Moreover it offers the chance to search for and analyze all the cards concerning the assistance and maintenance operations.
The assistance center will enter a maintenance card recording the applicant, and ordering, if needed, the withdrawal of the machine at the head office, specifying the damages noticed by technicians.
At the end of the operation all the spare parts used with the times and costs will be listed.
The assistance centre will print the maintenance card and then will send it by e-mail or web to the head office, later on it will be automatically stored in the company management system.
